			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey, all &#8211; as you may know, I recently took on a significant &#8211; and fun! &#8211; new role at Trulia.com in <a href="http://www.truliablog.com/2010/04/19/tara-nicholle-nelson-joins-trulia/">Consumer PR and Marketing</a>.  My titles range, depending on what I&#8217;m doing that day, from Real Estate Realist, to Consumer Educator, to Manager of PR + Marketing.</p>
<p>For a few months, I&#8217;ll be blogging primarily on my <a href="http://www.trulia.com/blog/taranelson/">Real Estate Reality Check Blog</a> in the Trulia Voices Community (which you should be a part of, btw) and at <a href="http://www.rethinkrealestate.com">REThink Real Estate</a> and <a href="http://www.inman.com/buyers-sellers/columnists/tara-nicholle-nelson">Inman News</a>.</p>
<p>Please check them out &#8211; for the next few months I&#8217;ll be using these outlets  and the mainstream media to really walk my talk about using smart, relevant knowledge and content to attract and serve homebuyers and sellers online.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The real estate industry is a little schizophrenic when it comes to technology. It is partially cutting-edge, while stuck using decades-old technology (if you can call it that), in other areas.</p>
<p>But real estate <em>clients</em> are decidedly un-stuck, technologically speaking.  They are mobile, they are busy, and they are often borderline overwhelmed with their everyday lives – much less their lives during a real estate transaction, with all the additional demands that house hunting, showing their homes, making offers, inspections, etc. put on their calendar.</p>
<p>So, it comes as no surprise how much my homebuyer and -seller clients *heart* DocuSign. For them, DocuSign is largely about freedom. Freedom of time, location and equipment against a backdrop of increased convenience and security. <a href="http://ow.ly/12Pyy">Here are some of the reasons</a> my clients love DocuSign &#8211; and no, I am <em>not</em> a paid spokewoman for DocuSign (though I&#8217;d love to be!).</p>
