Course 1: Transforming the Real Estate Deal into a Holistic Lifestyle Design Experience
It’s time to rethink what real estate actually means to the lives of smart women consumers – especially since women already have! In this course, Women’s RE & LD Advisors-to-be will experience massive shifts in their core belief systems about real estate and about the role they play in their clients lives. You’ll also be introduced to cutting edge, interdisciplinary findings on choice architecture and lifestyle transformation that have never before been applied in the real estate industry.
Course 2: Inside the Mind of the Woman Homebuyer & Seller
Explore the neuropsychological and psychographic characteristics of women real estate consumers, and their most common impacts on real estate transactions and decisions. Then, we’ll cultivate a deep understanding of the frequent mindset-based glitches, deal-killers, and psychological strengths practitioners will encounter when working with women real estate consumers.
Course 3: Becoming a Choice Architect: Advising and Coaching Women Real Estate Consumers
The outcomes of this course are simple, but profound. You’ll truly redefine the contours of your relationship with your clients. You’ll learn skills to go beyond just being a salesperson, to elevate your service level so that you can coach and advise your smart women clientele – creating the relationship they crave. Finally, you’ll get concrete, actionable tools and strategies for managing the common manifestations of women’s unique psychology in a real estate decision-making context.
Course 4: Educational & Event Marketing to Attract and Retain Women
Women real estate consumers have unique, intense informational cravings. They are automatically drawn to the professionals who feed them! Get concrete examples and action plans to create your own seminars, workshops, tip sheets and online resources that cost almost nothing, but generate closed deals. Learn how to deliver and publicize a single seminar (proven to have a 5,000%+ Return-on-Investment!) so powerful that you’ll attract women consumers for years, even if you cancel the class
Course 5: Social Media Messaging & Strategies that Attract Women and Increase Your Close Rate*
